or so that i'm blogging about the same drama - Long Vacation.

still one of my all-time favourites. it's almost ironic, how i rewatch it almost every, well, long vacation that i have.

i love the actress, she really brings out her character. her role is atypical of the demure, sweet-looking, weak-willed ones that jap actresses of that era play. Minami is hot-headed, strong, boisterous and pushy - exactly the spice of the drama.

a love story revolving round piano, change and a little green sparkly ball. =))





i think i know where this scene comes from: when the phone rings and she thought it was gonna be her ex, and it turned out not to be.
