christmaaaas.

i like christmas. i like winter~ fav season, though i havent exactly experienced winter myself. except for that 8/9 days in china a few years back. haha~ and it didn't snow! at all! =/

winter's good. weather's cold, can make snowman, have snowball fight, wear gloves, boots, trenchcoats. look at the bare trees topped off with white icing. when everything you see and everywhere you are is just white. ski. frozen rivers, frozen streams. walking on ice. iceskating on REAL ice! outdoor iceskating!! omg, i so wanna do that!!

bask in the coldness. feel your shoes sink into the thick snow. look back at the trail you left. christmas trees and lightings don the streets and malls. all you see at malls are christmas gifts, christmas decos, christmas this and that.

hear the choral voices belting out familiar and unfamiliar christmas tunes as you walk by. there is a small crowd gathered round them. watching, listening, smiling.

when your food tastes especially warm, when your coffee is especially fragrant. while the weather's cold outside, u feel warm inside. everyone's happy, because it's the end of the year. yet another year has flown by, just to welcome another year.
